Just a second — getting Vera ready.
Get started

The certificate says you know it. Your gut says you don’t.

From “I passed” to “I’ve got this.”

Whatever training you just finished, Vera went through the same material. Debrief the modules with her, work through real tasks, and get an honest read on where you’re solid and where you’re shaky.

Meet Vera

"I got the certificate, but I still don’t feel confident I can apply it when the moment comes."

Mid-task, about to use what you just learned, and blanking. The certificate says you passed. The confidence hasn’t caught up. Vera closes that gap the way colleagues always have: by talking it through.

A colleague, not another course

A peer, not a tutor

Vera talks like a colleague who sat through the same modules: she debriefs them with you, pushes back on your approach, and offers how she’d handle it.

Honest by design

Vera (from the Latin verus, “true”) never flatters you about your coverage. Where you’re shaky she says so, and where your materials don’t cover something, she says that too.

No scores, no streaks

Her coverage map is one tap away: each area of your training tagged solid, shaky, or haven’t touched yet. In her own words, never percentages, bars, or points.

Upload your materials. Start talking.

Drop in your training materials: PDFs, notes, slides. Vera reads them so you’re both working from what the training actually covered, then opens the conversation like a colleague: debrief a module, or bring the work problem that’s actually pressing.

Why Vera exists

I got the certificate. A few weeks later I was mid-task, about to use what I’d learned, and I blanked.

I’ve spent years building training programmes for other people. None of them fixed this for me.

What was missing wasn’t more content. It was someone to talk it through with, someone who’d sat through the same thing.

Turn training into confidence

Bring your training materials and talk them through with the colleague who studied them too.
